From classic cravings to seasonal collaborations, we challenge ourselves to create a menu that celebrates flavors from around the world and opens up a seat at the table for anyone who wants to join. In 2001, we founded the original Chopt restaurant in Union Square, NYC. It was our founding mission to make healthy eating exciting for all people and we continue to this day to explore new ways for our guests to make better eating a part of their daily lives.
