Otra variedad de tofu marinado marca Vemondo. Estilo teriyaki. Me gustó más de lo que pensaba, porque el agridulce del teriyaki no me convence normalmente. El tofu es un alimento muy completo, no sólo tiene proteínas, sino vitaminas y minerales, entre ellos calcio.
