Gluten free and vegan lasagne sheets. I bought and froze them for this evening's lasagne. Taste review to follow. Although it's listed under pantry, thru need to be kept refrigerated.

Not sure if we cooked these right but they fell apart a lot... texture not great. Will try again however due to nutrition and #glutenfree

This was a healthy substitute for pasta, and didn't taste too bad. My only critique would be that the sheets are quite slippery, so the end result didn't hold as well as a pasta bake does #veganuary
