Spiced okra with Coriander

Actually really enjoyed this, despite all the pretensions of healthiness and the threat of #coriander 😏 This was during a work event so I wasn't exactly focused on capturing pictures or taste testing, but #okra is a real favourite, even better crunchy ☺️

I love that these aren’t deep fried! It doesn’t feel oily or greasy when you touch it! Great alternative to chips!
