I just finished up this bottle of tahini which I use to make mainly hummus, but also other sauces and dips on occasion. This product is just 1 ingredient - sesame seeds.
My hummus always turns out super smooth and creamy. Pictured is a roasted garlic hummus which I'll be snacking on for the next few days!
The best tahini I have tried! The consistency was perfect, very runny! I didn’t have to stir it at all, even after putting in the fridge. No tahini I have tired has the world’s best taste but the taste was still pretty good. When I first went vegan I tired tahini and I was like yuck, why would people eat this! Then recently I have been trying different brands and recipes and it’s such a versatile ingredient! It makes a good creamy consistency. The recipe I had with this was delicious, would definitely recommend.
