A great 3 in 1 product! Zinc, which is great for the immune system, calcium, because why not and magnesium which is great for your muscles and sleep! I love to run, and I hardly have any muscle pain when taking these. The tablets are rather large and I can’t swallow them so I blend them up in my smoothie in the morning
I’ve been having huge problems with headaches from a head injury 🤕 a while ago.. someone said solgar are excellent, so I thought I’d try especially the calcium mag and the zinc.. been taking these for two months now! Feel a bit better and nails starting to grow!!
The pills are quite big,i take one every second day to make it last longer.
