I wanted to give five stars but... this works well if you need just a light spray but I found it didn't work very well for spraying muffin pans as my muffins stuck a bit when getting them out. So... I keep it for what it does well. #pigsnpaws

Great cook and spray with low calories, a great substitute for oils.
