Molto buoni, nutrienti e poco salati, ideali per uno spuntino veloce. 

The taste could be better. Might be a few bites away from tasting like cartboard. But this goes well with vegan cream cheese. However I will say that it is a good alternative to bread (speaking as someone who gets tired of consuming bread).
