Pumpkin Tofu

Decent but not outstanding. There is a light hint of #pumpkin but nothing to get too excited over 😐 If anything, because it's frozen as one solid lump, it's really difficult to section of you're using only some of it. I ended up defrosting in the microwave and reserving the remainder in the fridge 😳 #veganuary

No sé distinguir muy bien si un tofu es bueno o malo así que yo por mi recomendaría todos. En este caso igual me vino podrido así que no lo pude comer :( pero el otro día hice quesofu y quedó bien.
