Cheezly Mozzarella Style

So good. I just used it in my vegan bolognese spaghetti. If you wanna use a vegan mozzarella in your pasta or whatever dish, I highly recommend.

Ne ressemble pas tellement à de la mozzarella malgré le nom ! Il fond bien, je le préfère cuit que cru. Je l’utilise râpé sur une pizza ou dans des crêpes sarrasin.

I’ve yet to find a mozzarella that really hits the spot, but this one is also further from that than others that I’ve had.. probably won’t buy this one again
