A nice Soya sauce.
I use Soya sauce as my standard base flavour for most of my cooking seasonings. I use tamari mostly if I need to cook gluten free, otherwise this is my standard sauce when cooking - flavourful without neing too salty.

Soya is a staple in my home. Used it today with Oyster mushrooms and garlic and it was sooooo good! Definitely need to use a lot more than with the dark version of this brand but less risk of adding too much! #abillionlove

Great soy sauce. Not too salty nor too thick. Perfect for plushi and any fried rice / noodles recipe.
