I can't tell you for how long I was looking to find some Kombu for my ramen with no luck. A couple months ago I visited a Korean food shop in Sofia and managed to find these and they are perfect. Unfortunately I just managed to try them, as I had an aversion to all Asian food I used to love for a couple of months.. 🥴 I made this quick ramen, using the Kombu for the broth and it was overall delicious 🤤 it was a bit pricey, but it will last me a looong time 😀🍜 #veganin2023 #veganinbulgaria #koreanvegan
