coconut matcha sauce

it was really good tbh. it has a very strong matcha taste which i like. i had it on bread but i reckon it’d be really good in a dessert!

the coconut overpowers the matcha quite a bit so if you're not a fan of coconut, you probably won't like this. there is just a slight hint of matcha, but the first taste that hits you is the coconut. but it's not a bad thing imo bc it tastes more like kaya than matcha to me and i like kaya :-P the sauce firms up in the fridge and becomes runnier as it warms up.

Loving this matcha coconut spread. Coconut taste isn't too strong. Great balance of flavours. 

If you like matcha, you will like this too!! Has a great matcha taste to it and not too sweet either! :))

Not quite sure how to use this product yet- it's very sweet, I am not sure if it is an alternative to Nutella for example, as it really is very sweet. But it also has a nice bitter-y undertone, typical for proper matcha. Maybe a nice addition in a shake, or on dessert, it is quite firm, not so liquid.
