My grandfather never fails to bring me home a collection of vegan cheeses from the Polish supermarket! (He is a very sweet man). This Parmesan is perfect on pasta and has a pretty good taste! I’ve had other cheese from this brand and they’ve all melted pretty well, so I reckon this one will be similar!
I personally prefer the Earth Island’s parmesan, but also love this one from Nafsika. It’s just missing the strong taste tho. Would compare it a bit to the mozza. So that’s my only complaint, I wouldn’t say it taste like parmesan but I still love the taste and it’s often cheap and on special !
