Takeaway Bombay Potatoes

Nice vegan curry potatoes. Very simple dish to veganise but also very satisfying too. :))

I wonder what is the real difference between the explicitly stated vegan Bombay potatoes and the non stated (also vegan) Bombay Potatoes... xD

Had them again but this time with some cooked patatoes on the side. Absolutely banging meal when you hungry haha. But good for energy and taste. :) Love the spices!
