Probably more fruit than the seeds and nuts listed on the packet but for a quick energy boosting snack it did the trick.

I’m a fan of this! A lovely selection of dried fruits with cashews and sunflower seeds. Perfect as a snack or sprinkled over ProNutro to add a wonderful crunch and sweetness. I think it was about R33 so good value too.
Montagu has a range of different mixes like this and I’d be keen to try some of the others.
