Beetroot is delicious with any meal but I enjoy it with rice dishes . It’s delicious with roti and any vegan meal . You can also have it as a salad . You can eat it just after boiling or eat it raw

Love beetroot and love this brand for sliced beetroot.

One vegetable I refuse to cook is beetroot so this is a great way of still being able to eat it.
Vinegar is a bit strong, however still tastes good. Quick, easy addition to a meal or a quick snack.
