PUT IT ALL OVER YOUR AUBERGINE!! I'm going through an aubergine phase (I hated it like a week ago and now I can't eat it enough!). This phase involves trying every spice I can get my paws on, on it. Give it a go, you'll love it.

I love all the spices from this brand! They make great quality products. This is really nice on potatoes or roast Veg. I also like it mixed into rice.
