Con tantissime carote perciò è facilmente digeribile.
Perfetto da mangiare temperatura ambiente ( come tutti gli hummus ) per l’aperitivo con nachos, verdure croccanti, pane tostato, focaccia etc. Oppure per farcire burger, tramezzini, wrap etc. Fantastico

Non è male ma ha lo stesso sapore di quello alla barbabietola... si sentono molto le spezie

Scoperto nel banco frigo questo hummus è una bomba sul serio. Mi è piaciuto moltissimo. La prossima volta provo anche quello alla barbabietola.
Ingredienti:
Carote 43%, ceci 27%, semi di sesamo tostati, olio extravergine di oliva, acqua, succo di limone concentrato, olio di sesamo, aglio, miscela aromatizzata (erbe aromatiche, spezie, semi di sesamo tostati, frumento tostato, sale), cumino, paprika, sale iodato.
Il mio preferito! si ok.. si potrebbe fare a casa ma nelle situazioni zerosbatti é ottimo. Gusto carotoso, arrosto, speziato al punto giusto. Top
