Was pleasantly surprised by this. I made it with some broccoli and pasta sauce and it was a nice filling meal, had a really good texture too, I don't think it tasted like vegetables at all. Had a very pasta like consistency.

I enjoyed these more than the regular gnocchi. They have more flavor and all you need is olive oil salt and pepper.

These were ok, simple ingredients and nice to have this vegan option. There was little flavor and had to add extra sauce. There were also a little gooey in texture, but that might be based on how I cooked them.
