Garbanzo Beans

You guessed it .. I have a chili theme going on .. when I make a pot of chili.. I grab whatever can of beans might be on the shelf… I like chick peas in chili .. gives them a little something extra …
Of course these are good for so many dishes.

Gabanzo beans are an excellent source of protein and very versatile. This brand measures up to others I've tried over the years but at a better price point. I really like the flip top can as well.
