Fusili lenteja roja

Pasta fusilli hecha 100% de harina de lentejas rojas. Muy rica y sana. 

Ok this was awesome. 26 grams of protein per serving, done in 7 minutes and available in my neighborhood's mercadona? Awesome. I ate them with a vegan Alfredo with smoked tofu for some extra bean power. Yum!

Very nutritious pasta alternative. The flavour is great, but not as good as real pasta. The protein content is great if you are interested in that (24g grams of protein for every 100 grams of pasta). I clearly am sice I'm a gym rat haha

Packaging quasi completamente di carta. Pasta di lenticchie rosse che non avevo mai provato. Rispetto a quella della Barilla, mi sembra meno intenso il sapore, ma è comunque buona. Si cuoce molto velocemente (io ho usato la tecnica senza gas e si è cotta nel tempo indicato). Comprata perché in offerta, il prezzo rispetto alla quantità normalmente è un po' troppo alto
