I went with this because it was a little bit cheaper than Beyond Meat. I didn’t have high expectations but it ended up being delicious! I made small burger patties with this. You don’t need to add any type of seasoning or anything if you don’t want. The flavor was very meaty. Next time I’m going to try making Italian seasoned meatballs!
Super unique flavor, way different spice profile than any other ground meat I’ve had. Great on a pizza, definitely worth trying!
Saw this at the store last weekend and had to try it. Has the consistency of seitan. I turned it into a vegan pad krapow, but I didn’t realize the product was already seasoned (a bit smoky and sweet), so I had to adjust the sauce so as not to overwhelm. A fun plant-based meat option, but my heart is still with Impossible.
