I was so excited to find these #cutlets made from #mushrooms !! The texture is almost exactly like porkchops it's wild! They are quite tasteless so they need lots of seasoning but I love that it's a less processed ingredients list than most vegan "meats." #veganchicken

These are very meat like and delicious! Tender inside and crispy outside when cooked per instructions, thaw first then cook on skillet. I seasoned mine with jerk seasoning and it was perfect. Only downside is the price.

These were really good. Just season with Himalaya salt and pepper add some oil. Super juicy flavor. I used it in a chick'n pot pie 🥧 😋
