These buckwheat groats are really nutritious and tasty. I soak them with oats lemon and cardomom overnight to make porridge the following day for breakfast. I add ground flax seeds, a banana and some red fruits too.

La pega como siempre, es el envase.
Lo utilizo en platos para sustituir el arroz ya que me gusta más el trigo sarraceno. Viene en un envase compostable.
