Cereal

Este es otro cereal que me gusta mucho para cuando quiero comer más sano. Tal vez no les encante el sabor a la primera pero lo pueden combinar con crema de cacahuate/avellana y una fruta que les guste y es un excelente desayuno.

One of those things that are probably vegan by mistake but I quite enjoy this for breakfast...except that it has sugar in it so I don't have it that often. Also...notice how I snuck my dog into this

No es lo más rico pero cuando vas a un buffette y no hay más opciones que comer puedes comer este cereal y afortunadamente sí había leche de soya

Great cereal for a healthy breakfast. Like adding some fresh fruit for more flavor. 🐐 

Love this with sliced bananas and plant milk a good start to the day
