Was excited to find these. They are soft but found them to be a bit dry though and they are not that sturdy - they kept falling apart. Going to try toasting them next time to see if that helps as I imagine they would toast well.

Always enjoyed a brioche bun, very happy to find some vegan ones in aldi💃 Nice with the smoky burgers from plant pioneers
