My go to oatmeal to make a quick porridge. I use 40 grams of oats, a pinch of salt and 200 ml of plantmilk and microwave it for 2,5 minutes on the highest setting. On the hob it might take a minute longer. That's the base to which I'll add fruit, nuts, seeds, nutbutter etc. Low price, high nutrition. #plasticfree #budgetfriendly
