I can’t get enough of this Red Pepper Hummus I made!! Been enjoying in nourish bowls with airfryed potatoes, in a sandwich and just dipped with pita bread!! So so good!

You’re going to want to ☀️ TRY THIS☀️ !! Summertime is here and what better than a roasted red pepper hummus to dip your veggies, pita chips in or add to an amazing wrap or salad!
Chipotle Red Pepper Hummus
1 15 oz can of chickpeas (save 1/4 cup of aqua faba) then drain and rinse
1 medium red bell pepper roasted
2-3 garlic cloves roasted (I airfryed 370 for 5 minutes)
2 TBSP raw tahini (I used Artisana Organics)
2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo
Juice of 2 medium sized limes
Salt to taste
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender till smooth! Pour into you r favorite dish! I used Coconut Bowls and serve with all your dipping favorites! The options are endless! Pita bread or chips, fresh cut up veggies, or crackers!
