Hey everyone! Some exciting news to share! About 3 weeks ago, I was connected with @kraksnacks, an amazing company who put a spin on the traditional beancurd skin commonly used in Singaporean dishes (as well as regionally in Malaysia, Japan and even China). They were so kind to give the @abillion10 a couple of samples and needless to say, it was wiped out fast!⚡️As they are a small business that is just starting out, I wanted to give them a shoutout because their flavours are truly delicious! What’s more it’s baked instead of fried which makes it a healthy snack! You could eat it on its own or you could pair it with your own vegan noodles for a simple hearty dish.
