These vegan enchiladas were cheesy, saucy, and so satisfying!! Reminded me of the enchiladas I

had in Mexico before going vegan. Their rice and beans are great too - they use veggie broth and no lard. SO happy this place offers such tasty vegan Mexican food near Temecula!

This place has a vegan menu! Yay! I never really ate enchiladas before. These were

delicious! The beans, the rice, everything was good. It’s not super healthy like I would normally get, but it’s fun to try new things.
