This is a beautiful re-interpretation of what is apparently a staple #beef menu item 🐮💔 Instead of opting for #veganbeef they proudly use #mushrooms in place — catering for the skeptical omnivores that are so incredibly anti #fakemeat, pro-murder 🙄
I’m upset that even given this alternative and personal endorsement, I watched an omnivore opt for the “normal” one 😕 We still have a lot of work to do, making the world #crueltyfree and driven by compassion instead ❤️🩹

dafnelately I think so too, but at least in Asia it seems like the perception from many omnis I interact with is that mock meat is a lot less healthy 😕
Even age-old alternatives made from #seitan are perceived this way. I think only #tofu maintains a somewhat good image, minus the minority that won’t even drink #soymilk because of “hormones” 🤦♀️3 likesReply
