I'm not super well versed in #[ramen](hashtag-5b6901a4f949e228c5a5e40a) as I only eat it in a pinch....because I try to stay relatively #[glutenfree](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cefd).   I just  feel better without it in my belly. But traveling and being hungry can be even worse so I was grateful to find this #[vegantravel](hashtag-5ce3da0a3344b6b8c96d97b8) food at the airport. I fly through Don Mueng in Bangkok quite often so it's good to have an option here for quick bites in the domestic terminal.
This vegan ramen was #[spicy](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60ce30) , #[oily](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cf88), #[salty](hashtag-5ed40460bf67e3a9596eb107) and #[chewy](hashtag-5f1bd8227997b1e2ab4ce9cc). I don't really like the noodles they use for this...thin and chewy and a little too under done for me....and it was more oily than creamy which I would have liked it more the other way around.
 It definitely left my mouth on fire after I added the spicy bean sprouts they promoted on the tables for free. (Ginger and garlic on offer too). All in all it did the job of giving me some sustenance because this day was long and all I ate before it was cookies 😂

Why does everywhere else have vegan Ippudo 😭

They didn't have it on their menu board but I asked and they had this one ramen ! 🍜
