Aahhhh Miyoko's Creamery 🥹🫠… This review is so old from my backlog, you can see my inked finger from voting last year but I digress 😂

This was #tangy indeed 😝 with absolutely no shortage on the #herbs as you can see 😅 I was really impressed by how well this #cheesewheel held together though! The density was that of a refrigerated fudge brownie 😛 As usual with Miyoko, there was only surplus in #creaminess 😙 The sourness actually made a lot of sense with the floral nodes 😌 even more so with all the #aromatic at work 🤓 I had it with some VERY plain crackers and a lovely dark chocolate 😙 just *chef kiss* 👌

I was told these do come at a hefty price but it’s worth the treat every once in a while 😉 even if it hits the $20-$30 range 😮‍💨

If you’re looking for a real tangyyy aged #cheese 😋 and a #cashewcheese at that, this one’s worth a splurge 🤩
