I stopped by for breakfast, and decided to get #dessert for lunch while I was at it 😛 I never go against my #sweettooth, see ☺️ And I was absolutely right to do so, this #[chocolatebar](hashtag-5f9f29a04889f4214a3e55c3) stuffed with gooey #caramel goodness was perhaps the best sweet treat I've had all year. With a coating of nuts for a light crunch, it was absolutely perfect. I could've had 3 of these 😁

Good motto! And if you'd gone against it, you'd have missed out on this delight. 

I have in the past used nutrition as a reversed scale in protest against health-norming and diet-shaming. Boo 😞
