I chose this as the main and maybe it was not the best choice with the sticky cauliflower. It was nice and I ate it all. I wasn’t singing its praises though. It wasn’t so creamy underneath and the sauce was a bit clumpy. Maybe I need chunks of broccoli in my Mac and cheese now for some more texture and contrast.
