Review of Seitan - Seara by plentyplants

Nope. This seitan is way too chewy and did not convince me at all. I’ve tried a lot of seitan brands in the past and this one is on the bottom of the list. Yes, I did cook it properly, I’m not new to this, but I guess this one just isn’t for me.
