Review of Lobster Mac N Cheese at Unity Diner by alistar

This is the best Mac n cheese I’ve had since making the change to plant based. The presentation and garnish on top is impressive. I did find many chunks of the lobster 🦞which texture wise is spot on. The flavor is so soft and subtle though it gets lost in the Mac n cheese. This might be the case with the real dish too though which I never tried. It was so filling I could only eat about half which felt such a shame. I’m not sure why I didn’t get the rest to go. We were super disappointed that they had sold out of the 3D printed steaks.
