Review of Salad with Barley and Beetroot - Albert Fresh Bistro by sparrownest

It's one of those "handy in a pinch" products I don't want to buy too often, primarily because of all the plastic. But I have to appreciate their practicality - comes with a wooden fork.
The cup contains pearl barley, bulgur, green lentils, black olices, rucola and some dressing.
