Finally got to try these and they are DELICIOUS!! Well worth the wait of trying to find them. They were tender, had a slight fatty taste that I remember but overall really well done. Sautéed them with some white mushrooms, broccoli, garlic and scallions. Made a baked potato on the side but kind of just ended up dumping the steak mixture on the baked potato. Who doesn’t love a loaded baked potato?! So glad my mom finally found these for me, will definitely buy again. 😋
