Artisan Bread Flour

Prima Flour

Protein content in this bread flour is high, easier handling for dough. Highly extensible. Crumb was quite soft, due to the malt wheat included in the mix. Price is very reasonable at $4.50 for 1kg compared to Murasaki Botan flour but of course not on par with the latter. Good for making sourdough bread.
