Review of Vegan Hamburg Steak Plate at 소이로움(SOIROUM) by xinru-t
Housemade hamburg steak made with soy and I think mushrooms. Good slightly charred aroma, though the texture was understandably more mushy than real meat patties. Served with Japanese curry-like sauce and brown rice. There was also a mix of grilled vegetables (e.g. eggplant, zucchini, king oyster mushrooms) and fresh raw vegetables (leafy greens with salad dressing). Loved the variety of wholesome ingredients and nice plating! (Contains alliums. 16,000 won without vegan cheese; 18,000 won with vegan cheese)
