Ugh working from home can be such a treat at times! I got to cook myself lunch and dinner 🤩 Just something basic I fried up with this #tofu 🫘 but it’s the cooking at home that allows you to tune the amount of salt, oil, and #spicy just right 😋 If not for canned beans, #taukwa and other #soyproducts would be my next favourite source for protein especially with how simple they are to incorporate into #lazyvegan meals like my own! Shame though that they often come wrapped in non-recyclable plastic like this 😕 I’d love to see grocers carry fresh tofu that you can take in your own container more! The non #deathbyplastic options are far too often only available early enough at wet markets it seems 🥱 Ah well, modern living and the consequences of being alive innit 🙃 At least while life can be, being #veganisnotscary 🖤
