i’m a big fan of ginger in biscuits now i think. i love the little spice and christmas-y feeling. the flavor is relatively close to snickerdoodles.

the cookies are crunchy and snap in each bite. i love the size and how they’re not very thin or thick. i can just imagine these dipped in chai or even milk would be an explosion of flavor.
