Review of Roasted corn - Trader Joe's by alleycatz

I suppose it goes without saying that ‘corn’ is vegan but I love this product so much for its convenience factor that I wanted to include it!

This is a favorite freezer staple as it is so versatile. The charred flavor on the corn is so nice in salads! The texture isn’t quite as ‘plump’ as fresh (or even canned) corn but I absolutely love the taste.

Wish there was some kind of alternative to the plastic packaging.

This is my new favorite ‘Summer’ lunch/dinner-
Roasted Corn
Beans (dry or canned pintos are nice!)
Green/Spring Onions
Diced Jalapeño
Cilantro/Coriander
Dressed with Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic Olive Oil, dash of Chipotle Hot Sauce, Dash of Garlic Power & Italian Seasonings, Pinch of Sea Salt & Pepper!
