Review of Vegan Soondubu Jjigae at Korean BBQ and Vegan Restaurant - Barbican by jessskh

This is one of my favourite Korean dishes but it usually comes with shellfish.
I think that the flavour of the soup was really good but because there weren’t that many ingredients/filling in the soup, it was quite watery whereas usually soondubu jjigae is quite packed.
