Review of Latte di mandorla - Alce Nero by marabasso
It is currently the best almond milk I have tasted. The taste of almonds is barely noticeable and in general reminds me of the taste of cow's milk. Being so neutral, it is very versatile and can be used in both sweet and savory preparations.
Another advantage is the 500 ml format, and that the almonds are 100% Italian and organically grown.
The downside is the price but, I think it is better to consume small quantities but, of good quality.
