My husband suffers from arthritis; taking curcumin was recommended by friends. I know one of the problems with curcumin is trying to get the body to absorb it. This brand - “Full Spectrum Curcumin” says that it has “185x greater availability” which means better absorbtion. Arthritis bothers less in the summer so maybe next winter we’ll have a better idea if it is helping.
