Review of Creamy Cashew Unsweetened Milk - Silk by hweeder
This is my go to milk when I'm making a sauce, or mashed potatoes and gravy. It is mild and you can't taste the nut flavor in your sauces like I think you can with almond milk.
However I don't like this with cereal, I prefer soy milk when having cereal. Thanks to silk for having so many milk options.

triciaa Good info! I’m always looking for a better neutral milk for certain recipes. I have lots that I like the taste of for drinking but I don’t want that flavor in a savory dish. I’ll give it a try!1 likeReply
