Review of Smashed Avo With Tofu Scramble at The Hummingbird Plant Based by diddleburd

Lots of avocado, the tofu scramble was soft but had lots of chunky pieces too, a side of beetroot hummus & more tofu, then sprinkled with pepita seeds to add a little crunch. So tasty, I will be back for more!
